Observations

A few observations after a week on the job:

Private colleges have a lot of money. Lunch is $4.25 at Pitzer. (it was $7 at Cal. The food is better at Pitzer.)

Having a boss is nice.

Starting at 8 AM is frustrating. Leaving at 5 PM is a blessing.

Unix is the same everywhere.

Commuting in traffic is for suckers.
