Funny. This author makes a distinction from evangelicals and fundamentalists that actually articulated something interesting: Faith at Work, New York Times Magazine.

Church and state, state and church. Is there any difference between the marketplace and the public sphere? These are questions that need answering, but i can't find anyone who doesn't have a dogmatic answer, myself included.
